Service Calls

To place a service call please dial (215) 357-8515 Monday - Friday
between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Service calls are scheduled Monday - Friday between 8:15 AM and 3:30 PM.

A charge is made for all service calls unless the problem is the responsibility of the Authority.

$45.00 is the minimum charge for a service call.

If you have an emergency call (215) 357-8515 and follow the instructions. A maintenance
employee will return your call.

EMERGENCY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK.
